Tom was the co-founding member of S.H.A.P in September 1999 and is the owner of the company. He has been involved in every production since the company's birth. He is the director of the group's films and writes many of the scripts himself. Tom was at the forefront of the negotiations that introduced Pullenwood Productions as a subsidiary of S.H.A.P, and making S.H.A.P an international company.

Tom is one of only 2 members to have worked professionally with Armed Eye Production Company. He was heavily involved in the Abbeyleix Project in 2000 with Noirin Ni Riain (information on this project will be available soon). Tom has won Filmmaker of the Year award from C.B.S. Portlaoise in 1999/2000 along with Sean, Phil and Declan (it was a group award) and capitalised on this by winning it again in 2001/2002, which the first time someone has won the award on more than one occasion. Tom has designed all of the group's logos and posters until the establishment of the Art Department in July 2002. Tom is now Chairman of the company's committee known as the `Coiste`.  Tom has been working on the transfer of s.h.A.p films on to DVD as well as compiling the Sheer Heart Attack Productions International Archives.  He has also starred in the recent Mushroom Picnic Trilogy.

2. PHIL McCLEAN

When Tom approached Phil in September 1999 with the idea of making `A Tribute to Queen: 30 Years of Rock Glory` S.H.A.P was born. Phil was the conceiver of the name Sheer Heart Attack Productions and has been involved in almost every S.H.A.P production. As well as John, Phil won an award for Outstanding Contribution to the Abbeyleix Project in 2000. He was nominated as the Vice-Chairman of the Coiste in July 2002 and has been heavily involved in the recent expansion of the company. He is no longer a part of the acting team but concentrates heavily on script writing and editing. He is also head of the Lighting Department and is a member of the editing team, and the 3 man writing team.

As well as his award for the Abbeyleix Project, he won the Filmmaker of the Year award when the Company was commended in 1999/2000 with Sean, Declan and Tom. Phil is also a part of the S.H.A.P subsidiary company Pullenwood Productions. His involvement is as a writer and script editor.  He has also starred in the recent Mushroom Picnic Trilogy.

3. DECLAN O'LOUGHLIN

Declan first became involved in Sheer Heart Attack Productions when he was asked to the camera operator for `A Tribute to Queen 30 Years of Rock Glory` in October 1999. He has been involved in most S.H.A.P productions since then, mainly as a camera operator and an actor. He was heavily involved in the Abbeyleix Project and won Film-Maker of the year award from C.B.S Portlaoise in 1999/2000 along with Tom, Phil and Sean.

Declan is now a part of the acting team and is the Head of the 3 man camera operating crew. He is also a part of S.H.A.P's subsidiary company Pullenwood Productions which specialises specifically in the genre of comedy. His role in Pullenwood Productions is as a writer and cameraman.  He has recently been elected as the permenant secretary of s.h.A.p, taking over from Richard Pullen in July 2004.  He has recently starred in Mushroom Picnic 2 and 3.

4. SEAN T O'GORMAN

Sean joined Sheer Heart Attack Productions in November 1999 as a general operative but has since increased his role in the group. By the filming of `A Kind of Magic` Sean was in the acting team and editing team. He has starred in many S.H.A.P films and had edited many as well. As well as Tom, Phil and Declan, he won Film-Maker of the Year award from C.B.S Portlaoise in 1999/2000. He also worked heavily on the Abbeyleix Project in 2000.

Sean was the Head of the Sound Department, and was a part of the acting team and was a key member of the editing team.  In April 2005 Sean parted ways with the group as he has relocated to a new area.

5. RAY POWDERS

Ray joined Sheer Heart Attack Productions in June 2000 after being involved in many S.H.A.P films before consolidating his place in the company. He has played the main character in many films due to his great acting abilities, and is one of only 2 members to have worked professionally with the Armed Eye Production Company.

Ray is presently in Art College and is a very talented artist. Because of his artistic abilities he is Head of the Art Department and is responsible for the company's poster and publicity photos as well as storyboarding. He is also a part of the editing team as well as the acting. Ray is also a part of S.H.A.P's subsidiary company Pullenwood Productions; his role is as an actor and a writer. He has already proved his abilities in many areas and he is now working on his screenwriting abilities. He starred as the Mushroom King in Mushroom Picnic 3 - The Mushroom King.

6. JOHN LALOR

Like many other Sheer Heart Attack Production members he was involved in S.H.A.P films before consolidating his position in the company. He finally joined in November 2000. He won an award for Outstanding Contribution to the Abbeyleix Project in 2000. Due to other commitments John has remained somewhat an inactive member of the company until early 2002. Since he has become a more active member he has become a part of the acting team. John has a great business sense and is mainly involved in the business side of the company.  In 2003 the Coiste decided to part ways with John as it was becoming increasingly hard to find a place for him in the group.

7. DENIS MORRIN

Denis had been involved in S.H.A.P films as early as `A Kind of Magic` but it was only until the filming of `Wrong Place Wrong Time` that he was finally offered a place in the group. Denis was heavily involved in the Abbeyleix Project. He can adapt to any position within the company and is also apart of S.H.A.P's subsidiary company Pullenwood Productions; his role is as an actor. Currently he is a part the acting team and the editing team, he is also a part of the 3-man camera crew. He has an abundance of ideas and is also responsible for Internet promotions.

8. RICHARD PULLEN

Richard joined S.H.A.P on the 6th June 2002 after long discussions with Tom Nelligan. Based in England, Richard is the founder of subsidary company "Pullenwood Productions" which he first used as his production company title in 1999 while still at Matravers school (where he first met Tom). In his final months at school Richard produced 'Class 2000' an hour-long look at school life at Matravers between 1995-2000. The video was popular and a massive financial success. Richard then went on to attend Wiltshire College in Chippenham studying AS Film Studies and BTEC ND Media Production, during thistime Richard co-produced many documentaries with fellow filmmakers at the college. But Richard's biggest moment was his directorial debut "Ego", a comedy about a wannabe celebrity. Richard is to finish colege in 2004 after completing (hopefully) a HND Media Production.
Richard was secretary of the 'COISTE' in 2003 - 2004 but decided to resign as he felt that his distence from the company hindered him.  Declan took over this role.
